Refund Policy

We at Elite Electrical Solutions are committed to providing our customers with high-quality solar panel and battery storage installation services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Installation Services:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our installation services, we will work with you to make it right. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will offer a full refund of the installation fee within 30 days of completion of the installation.

Equipment:

If any equipment we install is found to be faulty or not performing as expected within the first 90 days of installation, we will replace the equipment at no cost to you. If the equipment cannot be replaced or repaired, we will offer a full refund of the equipment cost.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your installation for any reason, we require a 48-hour notice prior to the scheduled installation date. If you cancel within this time frame, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid.

Note:

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
